We are dedicated to professional growth and mentorship, giving everyone the tools to develop their career with pre- and post-licensure support that includes weekly learning labs presented by senior staff, access to numerous training resources, lunch-and-learns, quarterly construction site visits, and the opportunity for varying project roles, types, and experience.

Firm social events take advantage of our Metro Center location with tours, visits to local museums, and baseball games at Nationals Park. Regular happy hours, book club, game nights, and annual events such as the International Friendsgiving potluck dinner, the Howl-O-Ween Doggie Happy Hour and a festive, themed, Holiday Party create opportunities for long-lasting friendships and a real sense of community. We also give back to the community by our involvement in a number of charity projects, including our annual participation in CANstruction to raise awareness of and drive out hunger.
