Amy Smith this is tax
Amy’s responsibilities include financial operations, human resources, and the overall management and development of the MV+A office and staff. (And well-timed comic relief.)
Amy’s uncommon attention to detail may stem from her background in photography and Bachelor of Fine Arts from Barton College in Fine Art Photography. If she wasn’t in the MV+A studio all day, she’d be crawling around in gardens with her camera.

In addition to more than 20 years of successful project management, the specific expertise of Kyle Mincey is interior architecture and design, and his work proves that excellent design is what makes a store, office, or residential experience one that a customer wants to return to. For a multitude of mixed-use and grocery-anchored projects, Kyle establishes tight scheduling and management and ensures the project design reflects each unique location and client.
Kyle graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Architecture. He has two fists and he’s not afraid to shake them.
