Nika thrives through her belief that employing a holistic approach to urban planning and design positively impacts cities and spurs cultural innovation, while improving the overall quality of life. She serves a key role when it comes to the development and design of land use and the built environment while being cognizant of the social, economic, and environmental impacts.
After graduating from University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning, Nika earned her Master of Architecture from the University of Miami. Before joining MV+A she spent two years as an urban designer for an international urban design and architecture firm and contributed to refining and developing the public planning process, while engaging citizens in the design of neighborhoods and cities. Outside of the office she enjoys cooking, abstract painting, and outdoor recreations such as skiing and hiking.
