The Rewards of Re-Zoning
Mt. Vernon Gateway is the first phase of the redevelopment of a 5.42 acre site located on Richmond Highway at its intersection with Buckman Road in Fairfax, Virginia. The full build out will feature over 400 units of multifamily and townhomes organized around a series of community oriented green spaces.
The project team has submitted a joint Conceptual Development Plan and Final Development for the plan and is currently awaiting response from County Reviewers. MV+A is leading the masterplanning and entitlement process for the site, as well as the planning and design for the phase 1 multifamily apartment building.
