Architectural Project Administrator Career

We are actively searching for an Architectural Project Administrator to join our team. As an Architectural Project Administrator, you will leverage your attention to detail, organizational and process management skills to support project teams in the development of award-winning designs in an increasingly complex world. You will work closely with firm Principals, Project Managers, and Project Architects

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Aid Project Lead in the monitoring and updating project schedules of activities with the internal design team and consultants
  • Manage Project Contact Directories, including the creation of appropriate email distribution groups
  • Production and distribution of meeting minutes as needed
  • Proofreads and formats documents produced for or by the PM and/or project team members to ensure consistency of style, application of MV+A and client standards, and overall quality.
  • Working with team members, ensures project file archives are maintained throughout the design and construction administration process.
  • Log in/out and distribute to assigned team members for review Project RFI’s and Submittals received during the construction administration phase
  • Work with firm principals, project leads and/or the marketing director in the production of proposals and other
  • Utilize Bluebeam pdf tools to organize drawing sets and specifications through bookmarks, page labels and hyperlinking of documents.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma with (2) years of successful college course experience.
  • Valid US work permit
  • Minimum 3 years of successful office administration experience.
  • Experience working in an Architecture, Engineering or Construction firm is preferred
  • Ability to self-manage multiple project tasks in a faced-pace environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, & Excel.
  • Experience with Bluebeam, Ajera, and Smartsheet are pluses.
  • Must exhibit a high degree of organizational and communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal team members
  • Be a person of great initiative and have a thirst for learning
