On work:
“Find a job that you love and you’ll never work a day in your life! While I might not have loved every day in 2015, the good ones far outnumbered the bad. I can’t imagine doing anything else.”

On MV+A in 2015:
“2015 was MV+A’s best year on record, on so many levels: talent of our staff, quality of our design, impact of our projects on the community, business success, the list goes on.”

Jack Hollon

On ideas:
“Our clients come to us because we are problem-solvers with compelling ideas, and we make these ideas happen. The bulk of my day is working with our staff to fully realize concepts by conveying them in excellent drawings, graphics, and presentations.”

On MV+A in 2015:
“The chemistry we have with our current staff, which is a mix of younger and older architects, is by far the best we have ever had.”

On running:
“Running is an excellent mind/body exercise and balances my work as an architect. In 2015, I ran two marathons, four half marathons, and a couple shorter races. At the Dublin marathon, I was fifth in my age group.”

On MV+A in 2015:
“Our projects are more and more complex- I am proud of the meticulous way we approach and execute every project from concept planning to construction.”
