Building Better Together!
For over 40-years, MV+A has been an industry leader specializing in complex, mixed-use projects that enrich communities and bolster economies.
Our Washington, DC-based practice is built upon three mutually informing areas of expertise: master planning, architecture + design, and retail planning + design. An impressive list of longstanding, repeat clients has earned MV+A a solid reputation for outstanding outcomes and recognized results.
Our clients range from renowned market leaders to innovative start-ups. Our collaborators are accomplished professionals and agile problem solvers. And our projects are transformative, frequently including major retail anchors such as Whole Foods Market, Amazon Fresh, Wegmans, Walmart, Target, and Harris Teeter.
We’ve delivered numerous ‘industry-first’ scenarios for our clients such as the first stick-built, mixed-use, multifamily housing project in the Washington, DC region or the first East-Coast Walmart to be included in an urban, mixed-use, multifamily housing project. Our work spans the country with projects in over twenty states from DC to California, Boston to Miami, and across the mid-Atlantic.
At MV+A, we honor our long tradition of exceptional client service; we are trusted design partners, tireless advocates, and enthusiastic ambassadors of savvy, forward-thinking companies, organizations, and their brands.
