Loehmann’s Plaza

Montgomery County, MD

MV+A completed a total renovation of Loehmann’s Plaza in 1997 and it continues to stand the test of time. This project included selective demolition of the existing partially enclosed center, the demolition and reconstruction of all storefronts and canopies and the expansion of Safeway. A multi-tenant building was added in the parking lot.
