We are looking for persons with strong growth potential and the ability to lead and grow the firm in the future.

Operations Director is a key leadership position in a thriving Washington area firm overseeing operations of the firm. Responsibilities include coordinating the implementation of the office strategic plan, ensuring effective administration and management of business operations, assisting partners in maintaining appropriate levels of qualified staff and their allocation, establishing and monitoring procedures and strategic initiatives with fiscal, contractual performance, and collections oversight with project managers. Additional responsibilities may include review of fee proposals and contracts with respect to scope, fee, schedule, risk and liability and insurability. May participate in marketing efforts and/or serve in a Project Manager capacity on specific projects.

Professional Degree in Architecture. Minimum 10+ years experience in design professional practice, project management and/or practice management. Enhanced knowledge of project design and delivery. Requisite skills to achieve design and technical quality goals. Licensure and LEED AP. Proficient in Autocad and MS Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience managing and directing project teams. Salary is commensurate with experience.
